A 60-minute RMT appointment generally includes about 50 minutes of hands-on treatment, with the remaining time used for a brief assessment, reassessment if needed, and home care recommendations. 30- and 45-minute treatments follow a similar structure, with hands-on time adjusted accordingly. This approach follows the general practice guidelines set by the College of Complementary Health Professionals of British Columbia.
